So that the rope doesn´t untwist at the cut-off point, it gets fixed with a piece of wire.

The first lacing is unscrewed.

Without teamwork nothing goes here at all. Again and again the rope must be raised, in order to turn the lacing out. The whole three times per rope end and on a length of 30m.

The unscrewed lacing is rolled up for better handling.

Now two more lacings are successively unscrewed.

Thats the way a rope looks with only three lacings.

Short before the rope have all wires, the three remaining wires are cut.

The cut ends of the rope are no longer required.

Now both ends of the rope have three lacings up to 30m and three lacings, incl. plastic core, up to 1m length.
The red markers on the lacings are only for better orientation.
